Returns


- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
